For Life Reward Scheme

We understand your hard work benefits us greatly, that’s why we’d like to offer you something in return. For every hour you work, you can now earn ‘For Life’ reward points which can be redeemed against a wide choice of work related benefits. These include CRB checks, new uniforms and a wide variety of training opportunities, including opportunities available through the Advantage Career Development Academy which for nurses can be counted towards PREP and NVQ’s.
Regular Incentive Schemes
We will be running regular incentives to earn extra points and because we want to make sure that the scheme is of great value and you can redeem points against rewards which will make a real difference – if you have any ideas for things you would like to purchase with your points, why not e-mail us on forlife@advantagehealthcare.com and we will consider them!
Transfer points from existing schemes
What’s more – if you have accumulated points under a similar loyalty scheme with another agency, all we need is validated proof of your points total and we will transfer it across to your ‘For Life’ account.

Unlike other points reward schemes, For Life is designed so that you keep your points for life – even if you don’t work for us for a while.
How to join
To join the scheme and become a member all you need to do is fill out the form below, or download an application form and send it back to Head Office (a copy can be downloaded from the pdf on the right of the page). Alternatively give us a call on 0800 032 33 55 or e-mail forlife@advantagehealthcare.com and we will send you one out in the post.
How do I claim my points?
Your points total will be included on the bottom of your wage slip every week. If you want to claim points back, you must first make sure you have enough points to claim your item, details of which can be obtained from your local branch. When you are sure you have enough points, simply print out the claim form to the right of this page, fill it in and pass to your branch manager who will counter sign the claim form and send it to be processed.
