Requirements to be an RMO

To work for us as an RMO you will need to meet the following criteria and we will assist you in obtaining these.

• Good standard of English – ILETS level 7. Visit www.ielts.org for more detail
• Full GMC registration - with no restrictions (we will reimburse the cost*)
• Two satisfactory and recent work references
• Recent ALS and PALS/EPLS certificates (within 2 years from employment
• start date) (*Free)
• A police clearance report from your country of origin or Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) (*we will pay)
• The right to work in the United Kingdom without a Work Permit visit www.homeoffice.gov.uk.

A good level of written and spoken English is essential as you will be required to communicate with patients and colleagues in a clear and concise way so you do not compromise the patient in any way. If you are in any doubts about the level of your written or spoken English contact your local IELTS centre – www.ielts.org.

During the interview process you will be clinically assessed to ensure that your skills and experience meet our and our clients needs.
