Support Staff

We have a database of experienced residential support workers with extensive experience providing physical, social and emotional care and support to young people, adults and children with emotional and behavioral difficulties, learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems.

By committing to quality and monitoring the skills base of our workers we are able to provide a high quality service that enables service users to live independent, fulfilling lives, supported in their own homes or residential settings.

Regularly supplying staff to local authorities, charities, not for profit organisations, large and small private sector care homes and groups, or individuals in their own homes, our service can be tailored to suit the requirements of your service users.

We select the staff we place with your service users very carefully, not only based on their experience and skill match, but also their personality. When your clients are happy with our staff, where possible we will endeavor to ensure these are regular workers. As well as increasing service user confidence in the care they receive, continuity also means our staff can get to know the service user and provide truly tailored care.
