Glenis Owen, who has been registered with Advantage Healthcare’s Tees Valley branch for almost a year now, has been working with for Advantage alongside her main job as a Marie Curie nurse. In her new role as North East Nurse Ambassador, Glenis will be the face of all fundraising and promotion for Marie Curie within the North East region. Glenis has wasted no time in getting some fundraising activities together having already started arranging for various locations throughout the region to host a “Blooming Great Tea Party”, to help raise much needed funds for the charity.
