Advantage Healthcare introduces dedicated Care at Home team |

From 1st January 2011, Advantage Healthcare introduces its brand new Care at Home team based within its head office in Telford.
The new team will coordinate the delivery of Advantage’s Care at Home services and will provide a central point of contact for all related enquiries. An increasing number of people are choosing to be cared for in the comfort of their own homes as an alternative to nursing or care home submission. As a result of this, Advantage has seen an excellent response to the development of its Care at Home brand throughout 2010. With the introduction of the Personalisation Agenda, it is expected that the need for this service will only increase throughout 2011. Care at Home Manager Laura Walker is confident that the new team will enhance the service that Advantage offers its clients. She says; “As a dedicated team managing the initial enquiries for private Care at Home, we offer knowledge, expertise and an efficient process to ensure that the right care is delivered in the most effective way. We are able to react quickly and provide enquirers with up to date information and pricing, relevant to their location in the UK. Advantage Healthcare already has a proven track record within home care and from this we understand that personal experience and quality of staff is critical to customer satisfaction. We work with the 26 branches across the UK to continue this success focussing specifically on privately funded care.
