We offer a variety of care at home services from 3 hour visits to full 24/7 nursing care and complex care. We know that there is nothing quite like being in your own home and are confident we can, help people stay in the comfort of their own home for longer. Our services can be tailored to individual requirements and includes: Continuing Care, Companionship, Holiday Care, Live-In Care, Nursing Care and Personal Care. The branch currently services a variety of client needs from basic health and social care packages through to children and adults with very complex medical conditions. We also work with children and young adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions in their own homes. We work closely with Social Services, Primary Care Trusts and NHS. Office HoursThe branch is open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm however we do provide an out of hour call service. Our out of hours team are available to take calls between 5pm-8am.
