Welcome to the Norwich Branch Webpage. We are based in Hethersett which is on the outskirts of Norwich and we provide a service to our workers and clients throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk. We work with a range of clients which include; homeless people with or without substance misuse, challenging behaviour, both adults and children with learning disabilities and the elderly both in residential and domiciliary care settings.

Training

We have an annual training programme that includes:

Manual handling
Health & safety
Food hygiene
First aid
Infection control
POCA- Protection of childrens act
POVA- Protection of vulnerable adults
PRICE- Protecting rights in a care environment.

We also periodically run specialised sessions such as Medication training.

Office Hours

General office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm
Advantage Healthcare operates a 24 hour service. Times can be arranged outside of these hours on request and an out of hours service is also available, meaning there is always someone on the end of the phone!
