We encourage our workers to participate in NVQ Level 2 training. Our social care workers in domiciliary settings are also required to have up to date First Aid and Basic Food Hygiene training. Additional specialist training is also provided dependent on client needs. Maintaining High Quality StandardsTo ensure the standard of our agency workers remains consistently high, we require all workers to undertake supervision and appraisals at regular intervals and provide regular performance reviews. Each worker has an individual, annual training plan and undertakes regular annual health screening checks to ensure they are physically fit to work.
