Clinical Governance and Support
Advantage Healthcare employs a National Head of Quality and Clinical Governance, who is responsible for the maintenance of best practice in service delivery and compliance with national standards throughout the company. This Manager leads a team of Quality and Development Managers who deal with internal Quality Assurance inspections and special projects on a nationwide basis.
Regional Nurse Advisors and Support Nurses are also part of this team and mentor and support all of our clinical staff and ensure they are kept up-dated with regards to good practice and also advise on cases dependent on their speciality.
This department also oversees and monitors the way we deal with complaints, which includes analysing the number and nature of complaints and compliments received. As an important part of our quality monitoring system we conduct an annual survey of how our customers feel about our provision of care, and this is a crucial source of information which then feeds through into improved standards of care.
The team produces an annual Quality Review, which is used as the benchmark against which improvements in service delivery are judged.
Primary Care Specialists who are experienced in delivering complex care solutions for a variety of clients, including case managers and Primary Care Trusts are allocated to every care package and oversee the implementation of each individual case. This ensures consistent quality throughout our network of branches and a high level of support is given to our care teams and service users.
We are proud to be members of:

- The Case Management Society UK (CMSUK)
