We are delighted to welcome you all to our branch situated in the heart of the city centre. At the present time we have many contracts including BUPA and Independent Care Homes. We work very closely with PCTs and Social Services throughout the Midlands offering complex and homecare work. Charity Organisations and Learning Disabilities are also a key factor in our growth.

Domiciliary Carers
Advantage Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated carer to assist our clients in their own homes. Jobs are located throughout Birmingham. Duties of the role will involve all aspects of personal care and escorting the client on daily outings.
Both full and part positions are available with flexible hours including earlies, lates, day and nights.To be successful applicants should be able to provide clinical references which cover both skills and experience.
Palliative Carers
Advantage Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced palliative care workers for work within the community. You will be responsible for delivering care to terminally ill adults within their own homes. To be successful previous experience of caring for terminally ill patients is an advantage, you will need to be self motivated and be able to work on your own initiative.
Duties will include the delivery of care according to individualised tailored care plans, adherring to boundaries, policies and procedures within homecare environment, documenting actions taken and ensuring clients are kept comfortable and supported in their home environment
Registered Nurses
Advantage Healthcare is currently seeking registered nurses for work in a variety of nursing homes throughout the Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Dudley areas.
As part of this role you will be required to take instruction from the nurse in charge, nurse a specialist patient and ensure all care plans are completed.There will be full and part positions available as well as various shift patterns to meet your requirements.
Paediatric Support Worker
Advantage Healthcare is currently seeking experienced paediatric support workers who feel they have the skills to work with some very special young children with in a variety of areas.
Many of these children have had a tough start to life and experience difficulties with autism, challenging behavior, development delay and epilepsy. You’ll need to have patience and feel passionate about helping to maintain an approachable and fun atmosphere whilst caring for the child. You will need excellent communication skills both written verbal.
We are looking for dedicated people who can deliver a high standard of care in both morning and evening visits and will be willing to provide additional weekend respite care when required. Yous role is to offer restbite to families whilst ensuring the child’s safety is maintain at all times, accessing and intergrating the child into their local community is an important part of your role.

Ongoing Mandatory Training is available free of charge to all workers and specialist training is also available. We also offer full support in completing the Skills for Care requirements. We provide and support candidates in achieving the NVQ2 in care, and are constantly looking for new courses.
We use the services of a specialised training provider, and can tailor make the course to meet our workers specific needs.
Office Hours
Advantage Healthcare opperates a 24 hour service. General office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm. Times can be arranged outside of these hours on request and an out of hours service is also available, meaning there is always someone on the end of the phone!
