RMNs required for local hospitals in the Brighton area. A valid NMC pin number is essential for this role.
Advantage Healthcare is looking to recruit self-motivated & committed RMNs for local hospitals in the Brighton area with a pay rate of £14.00-£22.00 p/h
Applicants will be able to confidently assess patients & administer medication to them when required. You will also be able to provide individual support to patients to help promote their independence and rehabilitation into the community.
Applicants will need to have a compassionate and emphatic nature. Applicants will also have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Will be able to manage and organise their own workload and have the confidence to make autonomous decisions. Applicants will also ideally have received PRICE training, but this is not essential.

Trained Nurses
Advantage Healthcare is currently recruiting dedicated trained nurses to assist a variety of patients in various wards in a NHS hospital. To be successful you must have a valid NMC pin number.
Duties of this role will include;
- Assisting patients with all aspects of day to day living including eating, washing, dressing, exercising and also general patient support
- Responsible for medication rounds and clinical supervision for the healthcare assistants
- Assess patients and plan
- Carry out Nurse procedures for patients and families
- Maintain clear and legible documentation.
Elderly care experience is preferable but not essential as well as experience in the safe use of patient equipment. You will be required to have experience of working in hospitals in all areas as the ward you will work on will vary day to day, though relevant training is provided. Experience of conducting observations, taking blood pressures and temperature is necessary. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and individually. Good communication skills are vital as well as the ability to write up daily reports. Manual handling and hoisting experience necessary and training updates can be provided by Advantage. You must have sound clinical skills and be able to provide clinical references.
Both full and part time positions with days, nights and weekend shifts available as well the opportunity to develop your existing skills with ongoing training

Office Hours
Advantage Healthcare opperates a 24 hour service. General office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm. Times can be arranged outside of these hours on request and an out of hours service is also available, meaning there is always someone on the end of the phone!
