The Qualified Placement Team began in 1998 and was designed to supply social workers and social work assistants to local authorities. Today the team covers nationwide for social work, and supplies staff regularly to social services, independent organisations; such as MOD and Barnado’s, and


   

charities like NSPCC. We pride ourselves in providing excellent levels of service to our candidates ensuring that we are aware of the market at all times and make sure our candidates are rewarded for their work. Each geographical area is allocated one consultant as a point of contact; the consultant will have a high level of specialist local knowledge as well as maintaining continuity for candidates. The Team also covers Homes Managers and Deputy Managers, with one consultant covering the whole of the UK

The team comprises:

Operations Manager - Neil Horwood
Neil joined Advantage healthcare in August 2007 with a 10 year background in the public sector. Neil has strong understanding of customer requirements within the business sector, winning reward and recognition for exceptional standards of customer service showing commitment to going the extra mile. Neil has already had a very positive impact on the clients and candidates and is responsible for recruitment in the South and Scotland. 

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Nikki King
Nikki joined the company in January 1999 and has over 10 years experience within the healthcare recruitment sector. Prior to this Nikki worked within social services as a residential care co-ordinator across several different client groups. Nikki is responsible for recruitment within East Anglia and across the Midlands.

Recruitment Consultant - Eugene Mullen
Eugene joined Advantage Healthcare in November 2009 and has 18 months experience within the Social Work sector. Eugene has a strong understanding of customer requirements within the business secor with key knowkledge within NHS Mental Health Trusts; he is responsible for recruitment in the South, Wales and London.
