Registered Nurses
Advantage Healthcare is looking to recruit registered nurses to join an established team giving 24 hour care to a 61 year old lady in her own home. She is in the later stages of MS and requires total nursing care.
Experience of tracheotomy’s, suctioning and gastrostomy will be advantageous. Successful applicants will also need to have previous experience of working within domiciliary settings.

Applicants will also need to be comfortable working closely with other team members and the client’s family.
1-2 days a week will be available as well as the opportunity to widen your existing skills with mandatory and specialist training courses.

Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers
Due to an increase in business, Advantage Healthcare is recruiting additional healthcare assistants and support workers to help assist individuals with learning disabilities in nursing and residential homes throughout Farnborough and the surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of personal care, which may include catheter care and bowel management. You must be competent to use manual handling equipment and be able to confidently work as part of a team.

Registered Nurses for Nursing Homes
Advantage Healthcare currently requires registered nurses to work with our elderly clients in a nursing homes in the Alton area. Successful applicants will need to be able to take charge of a unit caring for 35 frail, elderly residents. This beautiful home has several other units so you would not be the only registered nurse on the premises.
This is a full time position starting in December and the working hours will be 35-40hours weekly.

Care Assistants
Advantage Healthcare is currently seeking experienced carers to work in a variety of home care clients in and around the Fleet areas.
The successful applicant will be required to work a few hours a week both mornings and afternoons. As part of this role you will be required to give general companionship, provide help with light house work and shopping. There may also be the possibility of some basic personal care.

Operating Hours
The team are in the office from 8am through to 6pm each day, if you can’t get us between these times our on-call staff are available on the same number 24 hours a day. We're a very busy bunch at Farnborough, but never too busy to chat to our workers or welcome a new face, so if you're passing pop in - we'd love to see you!
