Welcome to the Fylde Coast Branch!
We currently have a wide range of work available including work within cosmetic surgery, occupational health, domiciliary care, private hospitals, NHS, learning disabilities and nursing and care homes. We are also increasing the Domiciliary Care shifts weekly, so if you are interested in this type of work then just call us for more information. We are working with a local council towards a Care at Home contract which will bring lots of new work for our Domiciliary Carers and Nurses, along with a client to provide forensic medical testing.

Advantage Healthcare is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our busy team. This is an office based role and is a ful time permanent role where you get to use your clinical skills in a business foucssed way! You will be required to manage a desk of qualified Nurses and Domiciliary Care Services.
RNs for Domiciliary Care position in Preston
Advantage Healthcare is recruiting RNs to work with a lady in her own home who has a rare syndrome. She has a tracheostomy and the duties will include personal care. To be successful you must have a valid NMC and have worked in a similar setting. Clinical references which cover your recent skills and experience will be required.
Duties will include administration of medication and ensuring the client is comfortable at all times. We have various shifts available including days and nights so you can work to fit in with your other commitments but continuity of care is essential.
RGNs/RCNs needed for Paediatric Respite Centre in Chorley
Advantage Healthcare is recruiting RGNs/RCNs to work in a Paediatric Respite Centre in Chorley. You will be required to care for a variety of children with varying needs and full training will be provided for the successful candidates.
To be successful you must have a valid NMC and have worked in a similar setting. Clinical references which cover your recent skills and experience will be required.
Hours available cover 24 hours a day, varying depending on the needs of the client. Shifts are usually from Thursday to Sunday so you can work to fit in with your other commitments.
Duties will include all personal care, assistance with feeding and administering of medication. This is a very rewarding and satisfying role for the right person!
Healthcare Assistants needed for various domiciliary positions throughout Lancashire
Advantage Healthcare is recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants for various domiciliary positions throughout Lancashire. We have various shifts available including days and nights so you can choose to work to fit in with your other commitments.
To be successful you must have UK care experience and be eligible to work in the UK without a work permit. Clinical references which cover your recent skills and experience will be required.
Duties will depend on the individual clients needs but will include:
- Promote awareness
- Help client participate in structured activities
- Assistance with personal hygiene
- Assist with medication and nutrition through a peg tube
RNs and HCAs needed for Hosptial work throughout Lancashire
Advantage Healthcare urgently needs experienced RNs and HCAs for on-going work in local hospitals throughout the Lancashire area. We have work on a variety of wards, however the type of ward will be specified to suit your skills and experience. The hours are very flexible allowing you to work around your other responsibilities and lifestyle. An ideal position for someone wanting work on a variety of different wards!
