Doctors achieve ISO certification for 7th year running.
The Doctors team at one of the UK's top healthcare recruitment agencies has just been awarded a prestigious quality assurance certification for the 7th year running."
Advantage Healthcare's Doctors team has had their ISO 9001:2000 certification renewed for a further year, after assessment against eight separate quality management principles;
- customer focus
- leadership
- involvement of people
- process approach
- system approach to management
- continual improvement
- factual approach to decision making
- mutually beneficial supplier relationships
Melissa Gane, Marketing Manager of Advantage Healthcare, explained why renewal of the certification was so important. She said: As a healthcare agency, our Doctors team will often work in difficult situations, and with vulnerable people. It's imperative that we have the quality management systems in place to ensure the smooth operation of our business on a day-to-day basis, but also so that both our candidates and our clients can be assured that they are dealing with an organisation which has quality at its heart. Only then can they know that as a result they can expect extremely high standards of customer service, real attention to detail, and the guarantee that they will be dealt with in a professional way.
As part of their ongoing commitment to the quality process, the team have appointed a Health and Safety Officer, a Fire Marshall and a First Aider, who will all be undertaking relevant training shortly.
